He's probably homesick if Pep is ok with him leaving. Barcelona is a great city. Whilst City might be annoyed at losing another player to Barca after Garcia, I reckon they can milk them for £50m+ and would back themselves to replace him. Barca are shite and whenever they get some coin through the door, it will be going straight out again. City have some very promising academy forwards that they would likely want to give some extra minutes.
