On the athletic podcast Ornstein said Vlahovic has turned down offers from Spurs, Newcastle and Arsenal. He seems to prefer Juve now or perhaps City in the summer. Always felt this was another Locatelli/Arsenal situation, to give the transaction a sense of urgency with another bidder involved.
