Lol. Not everybody is a sad lefty deadshit dumb campaigner.

SA Health is a cesspool of self serving bureucratic entitled back stabbing campaigners. Always has been and probably always will be. Will never be fixed because any government of either persuasion who want serious reform will be white anted and accused of slashing health spending and the inherent ongoing and eternal issues will be blamed on that.
Don't beat around the bush, say what you really mean 😃😉

You realise non boomers aren't going to get one and will have to fund their own retirements? If they manage to pay off the uni courses that the previous generation got free..

Well this is news to me? I wasn't aware that a now 29yo would not get a pension at 65-68. When did that change?

There will always be a safety net but the whole idea of superannuation is to substantially fund yourself in retirement. A young whipper-snapper idealist know it all 29 year old, whos entire short working life has had and will have superannuation should be able to fund themselves. Now given the age demographic, I'd expect that there will be a continual push for people to work longer. This will be tougher on those with manual jobs, but for a go getter like Schulzy, working his way up the government bureaucracy his Triple S scheme should be reasonably large by age 70. He'll be okay.

After you have worked your butt off for 43 years. Research what the pension is!
I know what the pension is, I'm just not sure that 'I don't want to work because the government will give me less free money if I do!' is the best argument against the system being set up for boomers.

For one thing he's more socially conservative than Marshall.
He is personally but I also think he's the kind to not impart his personal views on equality, opportunity, and 'freedom' for those he's been elected to govern.

God I hate writing that last word it sounds so American.

As with any poli he will be at the behest of unions and whoever holds his leash. Regardless of his personal feelings. If his party thinks anything will get them votes theyll probabably look to support it even with tokenism.

Look forward to them solving ramping :$

You don't think it was Corona management? Unnecessary restrictions for months with little to no cases, then opening up with numbers rising and a more contagious variant massing at border like Russian the army, only more effective?

No! It was the lefties fault that the Liberals are shit, same as Federally, despite the fact that Labor have only been in power for 6 of the last 25 years!

It's always the lefties fault ffs!
Never the businesses exploiting people and the system, or the people in power! Get it right!

Every Monday I do think those who are content to just get by and not work are smarter than the rest of us. But if I live long enough for retirement I may feel differently
