I’ve been saying for a while now it’s hard to do satire in comedy as there’s no rope left.

Also the whole, Simpson predicts the future stuff is just a bunch of writers coming up with the most absurd things they can think of across the 1000’s of eps they’ve had to write and then reality actually meeting and going beyond that absurdity given enough time.

There's been a surprising amount of support/indifference from right wingers and the usual bootlickers are facing some backlash from their supporters if they condemn it.
