In a weird way I want to see more of it. CEOs are never held responsible for their actions. They demand we work in the office, they get paid more and more while wage growth is totally flat. They get paid MORE for sacking people and providing less to consumers because it increases the bottom line for controlling investors who are also heinously rich.
They control the lives of every worker and act against the interests of families and people in the name of their salary and investors.
I'd certainly love to see less profit through more paid back to workers and less cuts to services to people.
You can still clean out the no hopers in the org and increase performance of the business through optimisation etc. without ****ing screwing the people who bring in your revenue.
Lets be real though, they won't get the message. They'll just beef up CEO security and call it a day.
