I don't remember Driver, before my time, as was Falling Down. Psycho I remember was controversial for the violence more than the actual themes.
Critics are legit scared of Joker lol.

Whenever the ABC News promo comes on for the last month or so - the different SA or national versions, or the Ali Clarke breakfast show promo, with the catchy We'll Take You There jingle is on in the background, which is a slight variation on the early 1970's hit, I'll Take You There, by US gospel/R&B group The Staple Singers, I immediately think of the young muslim lady with the black head scarf on, with a big smile, big white teeth and doing a nicely little dance with her friends and when I see her in one of the videos, I can't help but smile and want to do a little jig myself.
It's here at the 23 second mark in the national news promo video. Its been bugging me where I have seen this before, for several weeks now.
Finally worked it out that she was in a clip from a Foreign Correspondent report from February this year by Indonesian based reporter David Lipson, called Inside the world's most dangerous football league - about Indonesia's brutal hooligan football culture which has seen 74 fans killed in soccer related incidents since 1994 and is gaining a reputation as the most dangerous league in the world. And unlike UK and Euro soccer holigans, they don't drink booze - just fuel up on iced tea at games. He looks at the Jakarta team and their JakMania fans.
The young lady is there dancing with her friends at a game, at 0.44 into the story and looks to be having a great time. Its such a bloody stark contrast with the violence and sadness in the rest of video.
And from the story I learnt that amok is and Indonesia/Malaysian word, and describes some of these fans perfectly. Lipson says at around 0.56 - Tonight inside the stadium of a football league running amok.
GremioPower how does this compare to the most passionate of Brazilian fans (assuming you can watch the video and no geo blocking occuring)

I reckon drink spiking at clubs would be pretty rare. It's not a love potion, how are you gonna get someone who's passed out home?
The most common way of drinking spiking is adding more booze, which is a slightly different kettle of fish I guess.
IMO a lot of "my drink was spiked" cases are just "I got way too plastered and threw up all over myself but it wasn't my fault"
Still a shitty response from a business and it'll probably blow up in their face. Would have been easy to just say we'll review security blah blah you should report to police.
It's a different kettle of fish of course at house parties and the like, or Cosby and his date rape drugs

I mean i don't really care who wins but the dodgy ref call for 6 more metres out only to then change his mind after the raiders got tackled was a balls up of epic proportions. For the roosters to basically go and score straight away the winning try made it even worse.

That refs change of mind after calling another set of 6 tackles is probably the worst officiating decision I have ever seen. Usually its just dumb stupid mistakes but this is a change of mind or an I forgot type error I dont think I've ever seen before.

I know fck all about rugby league but Canberra had total domination & couldn't crack the Rooster defence, you could sense them losing in that manner.
The ball hitting the Easts water boy in the first 5 minutes was also a major disadvantage.
