Ahhh Michael Ross did make it.

All the Gippsland boys made it. 3 cuts to be made for the Vic squad now.

PLAYERS IN RED ARE THE PLAYERS THAT HAVE BEEN CUT FROM THE SQUAD

Not 100% sure but i think this is the squad. Feel free to update it with anyone else that is unable to play or has been taken off the list.

Jake Carr is a real surprise ommission he looked a real player . I'd have him before a lot of others.

Have no idea how Brent Wallace is still in that team.

He tagged me in a school match and was shithouse. Runs hard, but cant mark, doesnt read the play, is a shit kick. He does all the one percenters sort of thing, but i didnt rate him at all.

Roos very stiff to be cut
Barnes will run and run and run all day long and is very very quick. I played with himlast year and is easily the best player i have played with through my junior career.

I have seen a bit of Jake walsh, and i dont see what all the hype is about? Yes, he is a big boy, but apart from that i see him as average. The games i saw he rucked, and was beaten by a much smaller player because he is to soft, and wont make body contact...ive heard people say he has a good set shot for goal and in the games ive seen he hasnt touched the ball so i dont know if this is true or not. i just thought he was to soft for a kid his size.

My Match Report for Vic Country

Vic Metro d. Vic Country Game 1 by 20 points

MY
TOP 6 WERE:

CHRIS CURRAN, NUMBER 56
LUKE ROUNDS, NUMBER 3
STEELE SIDEBOTTOM, NUMBER 11
ALLEN CHRISTENSON, NUMBER 65
DANE TUTTON, NUMBER 42
DEAN GAVIN, NUMBER 13

Vic Country d. Vic Metro Game 2 by 81 points

MY TOP 6 WERE:

CHRIS GIAMPAOLO, NUMBER 15
ANDREW HOOPER, NUMBER 60
PAT KNOTT, NUMBER 33
CALEB TILLER, NUMBER 59
LUKE LOWDEN, NUMBER 58
DYLAN PARISH, NUMBER 54

There was a very strong breeze blowing on the day and in the first game Metro had the use of this breeze twice while Country could only use it once. This was the opposite in the Second Game. I thought the country defense did an extremely good job despite the scoreline. There were only 3 quarters played.

In the second game Country had the breeze for 2 out of the 3 quarters played. Vic Country used the breeze very effectivley and the delivery into the forward line was exceptional.
