I can't accept corruption (if anyone's really saying that after they've calmed down). If you were gonna be corrupt you wouldn't do it against the same team, you'd let North win and cash in on the huge odds.

However I can't accept that we have mongel players because all the frees would be for in the back or too high.

I can't abide this attitude that upires can't be criticised. I umpired and copped heckles when I occasionally make a howler. It's not that ******* hard to do your job. And I tell you what, when I did fu** up I made sure I didn't do it twice.

I would sack all the useless campaigner umpires until we get some men with balls officiating. Inmy rage last night I would have put sh*t in a postpak and sent it to those useless campaigners had I known their address.

Yep some good comments - analyse Nicholls calls - if someone is struggling I reckon it is him - send him your three bags full!

Lunch rarely if ever has unrealistic attempts as that's not his marking style, Jack does but he actually gets pinged for it all the time which is the whole point, wanting umps to do their job but for all players. umpires pet Cameron can do whatever he pleases on the field we have known that for years so it was no surprise last night. Daniher used to get called for it as much as Jiewoldt but for some reason the AFL has had a love affair ever since he wussed out of playing games at Essendon so that they would let him leave

Common theme after the Scats and Bears win was that we were "beaten at our own game". If our "game" lends to undisciplined free kicks, how come the free kicks still had such a dependency.... They should have been closer.....

The problem is we don't get rewarded for the good stuff and get heavily penalised compared to every other team.
The AFL have created this hatred and problem and now it's out of control.

have turned off 4 games due to umps this year. scores were basically even every time and we won 2 but i don't even care the corrupt umpiring makes it too infuriating to watch live

Was the report for high? if yes he’ll get off on appeal. If it’s for rough conduct, it’s a physical game ffs he roughed him up at worst...should get off again as I am sure there are heaps of examples out there of rough play that have not been cited or if yes tossed out

There’s little doubt last night was retribution for the Marvel comments , the gross inconsistency’s with Richmond players constantly taken high with no infraction , ridiculous marking attempts , play on. The Pickett report just another carry on, FMD the CCP with their trade embargoes have nothing on the AFL

You are missing one thing are they really that bad or just like any employee that does as they are told. We all know how corrupt the AFL is and they do employ this man and woman.

I think I watched under 50% of the last game. I kept walking out of the room doing household thingys to calm me down keep me occupied. I then walk back into watch again and within 2 mins am back out. Just couldn't watch it. At one stage I threw my phone on the floor (I did aim for the pillow) but that I have never done before.

The enjoyment of watching our games has gone now. I have supported Richmond since 1976 and have watched some really awful games, but this is by far the worst. I can handle us being beaten, but when you are not playing on a level playing field it makes it very, very difficult to watch. The frustration is immense.
