Yeah I'm disappointed in Marshall for dropping easy marks and not just last night either. The biggest difference between these two apart from age and pay packet is that Marshall makes space to take uncontested marks with his defenders trailing him. Charles on the other hand stands and wrestles and gets pushed under the ball and he has been doing that for five years!

It's an interesting sliding doors moment, what if we held onto Primus, but kept KT and given Richo/Walsh/Burgess to help him out from 2013/2014.
I think the Cornes' had an axe to grind with him which disenfranchised the playing group. Not sure if it would've ever worked out.
Primus was ever bit the tactician Hinkley was, may not have the 'boys love him' credits.
Primus had no resources, very little coaching support and an unfit playing list.
I don’t doubt what you’ve said for a second, I’d say if not for Hinkley we’d have won more than just our second flag by now.

Yes, but looking at AFL level only. Neither probably gets the credit they deserve.
Cahill set up Choco and ensured we didnt have a binfire start to AFL like GWS or GCS. Primus similarly set up Hinkley by being willing to be bad cop and turn over the list.
