Probably was the worst performance from last season, away at Fulham. Iwobi is in very good form lately and now there’s the ESR narrative as well. Tough fixture and an excellent opportunity to close the gap to 4 points (albeit with the extra game played).

Frustrating. Thought we played a great second half. Partey has to score that header. That's two he's missed in two games. And Martinelli... damn. Still, makeshift back four and all, we're still churning out results. Hopefully Gabriel clears their concussion protocols this week.

Damn. Martinelli really didn’t need to be offside there. He had full view across the line, needs more IQ in those moments. That can be all the difference.

I actually thought the performance was there, Arsenal did enough to deserve to win that match. It’s a cracking goal from Jimenez, to beat Raya from there was class. 2 shots only to all the chances Arsenal created, and it finishes 1-1. That’s football hey.

Odegaard clearly hampered by that earlier knock. Didn’t seem his usual self afterwards. I always Jorginho in these matches, however would have preferred he had Timber to his right. It’s these damn compound injuries that come back to bite. Calafiori, Gabriel, White, Zinchenko out then all of a sudden it’s Partey at RB territory.

Whilst Partey is having a very good season and is otherwise serviceable at RB, it’s the domino effect on the team. Too much change. Timber is absolutely a RB. His interplay with Odeegard and Saka is key, especially on the overlap. Why change all of that? I don’t like when he’s shifted over to LB. I guess though Arteta felt too soon to put MLS over there instead. Again, those damn cluster injuries. A story of the season so far.

Said it before and will say it again. Arsenal really need to acquire another genuine world class wide forward. Have tried in 4-5 consecutive windows and failed, with January looming I’m not sure it can be achieved then but surely there’s work being done behind the scenes to make something happen.

A couple of things that always get magnified by the result but are otherwise tolerable if we win. That Jesus cameo, just wtf? What a chance created by Rice, and he just….doesn’t go for it? He’s looked a shadow of his former self for a while now and it stands out because everyone else transmits a different energy, body language etc. Jesus and Arsenal need to part ways for the benefit of all parties. Plus that ~220k per week can be freed up on the wages, and it needs to be allocated to that additional forward that we very much need.

The next 6 matches into January, that margin of error keeps reducing everytime there’s dropped points. They’re winnable matches and that absolutely needs to be the mindset from here. Whilst a draw in isolation isn’t catastrophic, Arsenal need to get that momentum going again and accumulate maximum points in the festive season.

Jesus, seriously! What a ****ing ball to him. Did everything right but then fires straight at the keeper, holy shit he can’t buy a goal at the moment.

That ball deserved to be registered as an assist.

Beautifully done. Started from MLS again. Good strength for an 18 year old, he doesn’t look out of place out there at all. Brilliant.

Lovely ball from Jesus to Saka and 1-0, just what was needed.

Need to capitalise these chances and get a 2nd. So often these European fixtures it can come back to bite you in the backside, they jag a goal out of nowhere and it’s a different game from there.

He is an absolute freak.

3rd on the table now, healthy GD sees us top of all the teams on 13 points. It very congested in there so those boosts like the 2nd and 3rd goal this morning prove very important in the end. Should be aiming to seal a top 8 spot in the remaining two fixtures.
