I voted trump 270+ thought would be a lot closer than it ended up being.

After great anticipation, rumours of injuries on the Repub team, and promises of great turnout from Dems, the first half was relatively competitive, but the Dems just didn't turn up H2 and the Repubs ran all over them, pretty much winning every contest. A remarkable performance after being pipped in the previous GF.

You'd think the Democrats will have learned now that they need a white male at the next election, hopefully under 80. If I was them I'd have it in place pre Mid terms as there are a lot of seats up for grabs.

If Biden didn't drag out his exit, democrats probably would have had time to find another candidate. The problem is that Harris was part of Bidens administration, so everything he got wrong she was tarred with.

That fact she was a woman i dont think had anything to do with it.

There were no massive swings in gender voting within the election between Biden and Trump, which generally means the fact Harris was a women had little to do with it.
