Today is the day that will change the world, regardless of which outcome it has. We will watch history.
No it won't.

History has consistently shown that collectively we aren't that sharp.

The fact that the 2024 USA presidential election is rated as "close" is absolute proof.

It's nine years and five months since Trump descended the golden escalator and officially announced he's running for president. It's eight years since he shocked most and beat Clinton. It's four years since he lost to Biden and denied it. It's just three months since a bullet missed his brain by 5 centimetres and Harris replaced Biden as candidate.

It's been a long and crazy road, but this is it. The craziest part is just beginning now.
J6 will be hard to top in the crazy department.

9/11 and J6 were the two most “WTF HOW CRAZY IS THIS SHIT / ONLY IN AMERICA” moments I’ve witnessed.

minor issue, the margins in the poll are a bit not linear - eg there is no options for a win by either side of 280-290. Suggested fix to change the first category to up to 284, then the next is 285-300
I missed this and thank you - hopefully fixed

If Wosh is able to can you fix the lines so 280 etc comes after 270

Also restore the ''view who voted '' option

You're so pretty :)

You can blame the EC system for that
No not really. Trump will receive around 47/48% of the vote.

Whether he wins or not (because of the EC system) it doesn't change the fact that only about 10 to 20% of his voters would benefit significantly from his policies, the rest will be worse off.

As I said - collectively we aren't that smart.

9/11 was definitely the most shocking news story in my lifetime. All these years later, it's easy to take for granted that three airliners were flown into two skyscrapers which collapsed, and into US military headquarters. For those born afterwards, it's just part of history and they'll never know the shock. You'd need to be over the age of about thirty to remember it.

Kamala still talking about having a republican in her cabinet. I mean I kinda get it, some rando normies probably think she is a radical leftist just cos she is black and a woman, so this is some attempt to normalise herself.

I hate it though, does it really move the needle for them?

It's probably a joke - think skeleton in the closet.

Still haven't learned their lesson though. There's now a generation of potential jihadists looking at Gaza and when something like that happens again they'll shake their heads and wonder why anyone would do that to America.

Nah. Covid breakout was a far bigger event.
