How people can support the Democrat party when they actively allow non citizens to vote is beyond me. The fact that Virginia and Michigan had to go to the courts to have the practise banned is sickening.

Trumps the so called danger to democracy when the Democrats don’t want voter ID and allow non citizens to vote.

And yes they do allow it because I don’t see them trying to stop it.

Let’s see the masses on here try to justify it, or will they pull our fake fact checking to silence truths.
Not this again.

Hating Trump doesn't make Harris qualified to be President.
What is Trunp qualification besides bankruptcy and fraud?

You want a competent adult and team making decisions that affect millions over a toddler that’s only doing this to keep out of prison and having his Nazi stooges implement their deranged beliefs

Did MAGA vote by mail this time , will their % vote increase, or is this good for Dems?

Republicans were less anti mail-in this time. So you'd expect Dems to lose by less early (aside from the usual delay in city/suburban booths) and Republicans to lose by less later.

Yeah possibly true. But I've always had a similar view as Socrates - absolute democracy is a bit overrated.

"Socrates was in many sense of the word, a skeptic. He had his doubts about democracy and argued that only those who think about it should be allowed to vote.

In one part of the republic Socrates argues with someone, asking him who should choose the captain of a ship, common people or sailors who are experienced and possess the knowledge necessary about survival on ships.

Socrates does not argue that only few on the top should choose the king. He simply wants a society that only ones that who possess the knowledge necessary to choose a leader votes.

His fear is that uninformed people are more susceptible to manipulations of those who are with ill-intent. A great rhetorician who has no intention of being a leader but to fatten their wallet, can easily sway the masses to vote for them."

voltaire - democracy propagates the idiocy of the masses

think of how much bullshit we see in society these days because 'everyone's opinion matters'. free speech is also freedom to be an outspoken idiot.

Georgia exit poll: Harris 49%, Trump 46%. No link - I just saw it pop up on the screen on the ABC election coverage.

Arizona exit poll: Both on 46%.

Pennsylvania exit poll: Trump 47%, Harris 46%.

I would be totally down for a system where you have to take a basic test to enroll to vote. Covering civics, ethics, logic. Identify propaganda etc.

Of course that would have to go hand in hand with a screening for the right to enter politics. Weed out psychopaths and the morally corrupt.

Neither of which will ever happen.

After Harris wins the election, I am going to buy enslaved Republicans down at the Bazaar.

On Sportsbet Harris favourite Michigan , Wisconsin and Virginia Trump favourite in Arizona, Georgia and just ahead in Nevada and Pennsylvania. If these betting markets are right who wins election?
If Trump gets Penn and Georgia he should win, even without AZ/NV. (on the basis he gets the others he's expected to, including the typically safeish North Carolina which might be too close for comfort)
