Senate is likely to become entrenched R control for some time - I don't see Dems holding all three rustbelt seats at this rate, and there are only two purple seats they could swing in 2026.


House is probably leaning R. So after all the chaos, not even being able to elect their own Sspeaker, pass their own bills etc., they still get rewarded - I really don't know what the lesson out of this is. Dems just need to embrace rank populism and go full clown show?

If you had polled the voting majority on Jan 21 2021 and said

"Does this man have the capability of being President for 8 years"
