Not sure he had a crypto policy.

Maybe they think he'll give crypto a bigger space in the economy?

Is it the new gold measure - people anticipating chaos?
He did say that he would make some bitcoin part of the federal reserve

You can cry about Trump all you like but at least he doesn't pre-fix every single answer to a question with "I come from a middle class family".

As usual your kind refuse to question your own side.
No crying here champ.

Simply saying they are both morons and cannot answer even a simple question on the campaign trail.

Is that even a thing that people care about?

Dude that is ALL us lefties do!

I would argue this already occurred many years ago in the US. Roosevelt's New Deal was probably the last genuine worker-centric policy platform promoted by a President, and it took a Great Depression to bring about.

The massive bail-outs undertaken at taxpayer expense of Wall Street banks that started under George W Bush and continued by Obama in the GFC underlined that the fact that private corporations in the US banked the profits but socialised the losses.

Moral hazard waved off

The House is looking marginally better. If the R's do get a majority, it's not likely to be more than 2-3 seats, which is even less governable than what they have now. Still a good chance Dems take it.

Such a flip from previous that R's can win the popular vote nationwide, but Dems seem to do better in seat count (despite a net disadvantage from gerrymandering)

Can anyone explain why Bitcoin has surged when it looks like Trump is going to win?

He's talked about crypto being the future and urging people to embrace it.

Republicans win majority in the Senate
The GOP has retaken the majority in the Senate, the Associated Press reports, after picking up seats in Ohio and West Virginia, and fending off challenges to their candidates in Texas and Nebraska.

Republicans will control Congress’s upper chamber for the first time in four years. Should Donald Trump win, they will be in a position to confirm his supreme court justices, federal judges and appointees to cabinet posts.

Nah you're just a nutjob and not intelligent.

Anyone with a functioning brain could see Harris is laughably incompetent. Utterly hopeless. An intellectual black hole.

Yeah this isn’t going to end well. Appreciate the port fan on the handle though

lol. AP has done nothing but spew anger and hate on here all day after crapping the bed going early 2 days ago calling it all over in a Harris landslide. He can own it like a big boy or be a sore loser and blame everyone else…Trump, the American people etc when who he should really be blaming is the DNC.
Precisely, and he and others of the same persuasion have been allowed to do it with impunity, which would not be tolerated if Trump supporting posters were making comments of a similar nature.

Georgia uncounted votes:
Cobb - 11% left to count, 57% lean to Harris at 225k votes currently.
Dekalb - 12% left to count, 81.5% lean to Harris at 288k votes currently.
Fulton - 9% left to count, 72% lean Harris at 380k votes currently.
Chatham - 36% left to count, 59% lean Harris at 58k votes currently.
Richmond - 8% left to count, 68% lean Harris at 56k votes currently.
Carroll - 31% left to count, 71.5% lean Harris at 30k votes currently.
Bibb - 15% left to count, 61% lean Harris at at 42k votes currently.
Lowndes - 11% left to count, 59% lean Trump at 28k votes currently.

And in the time I wrote that, the world has probably fallen apart haha - anyway, this is crazy to watch.

Jesus Christ. America will never recover.

Yeah, I don't buy this.

Remember incumbency in a period of significant inflation meant whoever was in the candidate position was always trying to regain ground. People will point to the leadership, they will point to issues such as abortion and immigration, but I think the simplest explanation is cost of living was a huge factor in this result regardless of the race, gender or amount of bronzer applied to the c

Best election, beautiful election, many are saying the greatest and fairest election ever
Scary but true
