Briza, do you really believe the stuff you write? Go with something believable if you going to pump up your beloved team. The injury posts are always rediculous and this ain't much better.
We all know Lynch, Salopek, Salopek, Brown, Schulz, Dowd and Strauss are nowhere near 22. I'm guessing there are plenty more who aren't, but hey 7 out of 22 is 31.8%
I don't think I can be bothered checking the other 15 out.. but please...I have told you a million times...do not exaggerate.

How old is Jason Salopek? I would have thought he was close to 22.

in fairness, captain brian has admitted here he is often a retailer of porkies and that it is o.k in his scheme of things because it is only a forum.

it is huge a game for the moneyballers tomorrow.

with a home ground advantage and meeting an undermanned wesley you would expect a resounding win.

never before has suinibestodds had to cease taking bets but a decisive win by the moneyballers tomorrow would mean a permanent freeze on betting on the moneyballers for the flag leaving the field open to maplebet.

At times many of us are guilty of applying a teaspoon of mayo. However in this case 6 cans of the stuff has been used!

By applying the mayo, it reacts positively with the pores in the facial region, so these players all LOOK 22 and under. Which is just as important isn't it?

Must forgive inaccuracies. Very easy to start making mistakes when one is giddy with excitement at the thought of a premiership already won.

Many a slip twixt Round 10 and a flag. But I cannot see anyone beating the skobbers if they play to their potential. IF is a small but very big word. And an excellent poem.

Found myself out at the Uni today.
Blacks had plenty of the ball, but it's a little Dornauf or bust when forward. Went for the big grab too often. Number 53 who got sent off in last and cost Blacks a goal shouldn't be to happy with himself.
No discipline.

No one finds themselves at the Uni Canada, what were you doing there?

An undermanned SKOB defeated an undermanned Collegians today, in front of an undermanned crowd.

Watching the game. Was a great contest. What Blacks would do for a couple of big guys to help finish off a solid midfield.

BRIZA, your enthusiasm for everything SKOB's must be infectious. One of your supporters had clearly got the most from his 'all-in $100 3 course meal and drinks'. Septagenarian Collegian supporters sitting down on the grassy expanses had quizzical looks on their faces with 6 minutes to go in the fourth quarter, when he targetted in particular No.44 who was standing the mark, and the Club in general, calling them "Pretenders". He was saved from further embarrassment when he took a call on his mobile phone from a chum in Flinders who had missed the luncheon. Pity that.

Excellent win for De La today, behind all day and managed to drag themselves off the canvas in the last to get the 4 points. Xavs looked slow and very tired from midway through the third.

Shaw was fabulous for Xavs, Tutt was brilliant and probably the catalyst for the De La win.

Finals as predicted;

2nd Semi - SKOBS def Collegians
1st Semj - Xavs def Blues
Prelim - Xavs def Collegians
GF - SKOBS v Xavs

Who wins? And where is it played!?

Did you forget your log in details Jase? Xavs are now fifth and have a battle ahead to make finals, let alone winning at least two of them.

You would think the VAFA could upload the SKOB v Lions game as the correct video, but alas they've uploaded the Tigers v Trinity game under the SKOB v Lions heading.
It was only first vs second after all and covered by the radio team. What a pity we can't watch it and listen to the very knowledgable John Kanis and co!

I also note the first v second game was the fourth game mentioned in the wrap up of the day, what a joke! Somone needs to go to RMIT and do a journalism degree of some substance.

Did I hear Shannon grant say they had 500 games of AFLexperience out today?

John kannis ... what an AMatuer legend!

Poor Shannon. Only had the luxury of games of 225 games AFL experience at his disposal yesterday. I bet every other VAFA coach feels gutted for him. The 40 games of AFL experience my club yesterday was the difference between winning and losing.

And of course, Kanis is an amateur. Does hundreds of hours of unpaid, volunteer work every season. Whether you agree or disagree with what he says we should all be grateful there are people like him (and Glenn Scarborough, Ken Petrucco etc) who prepared to give up their time to promote the cause of the VAFA.
