2. Jetta
1. Grundy

YPOTY: Johnson

Really only thought McGlynn and Jack and to some degree Kennedy were worthy of votes...the other were pretty much pulled from 'you know where'!

Richards for his early work. Richards was switched off his first half match up

Played well on Riewoldt and showed some dash up the middle on a couple of occasions, before Kosi started blocking him off the ball.

Reggie played on Riewoldt.

Richards played on Riewoldt for almost the entire first half. The reason so often Riewoldt marked in front of a panting, trailling Grundy was that Kosi, Grundy's man, blocked Richards, and Grundy only after the fact realised he should follow through and chase Riewoldt in Richards' place.

Richards started on him, Grundy on Kosi. Then they did a straight swap at HT didn't they or just before?

Richards wasn't bad but Grundy was the better of the two imo, from a defending point of view anyway.

Agreed, Grundy played pretty well tonight, however from a wholistic point of view, Richards was a more significant player. Had a few attacking strides down the ground and hit up targets. Grundy didn't do a whole heap with ball in hand, but yes, spoiled well.

Majority of game is was Reggie, Kosi rucked a fair bit.....
Richards was solid none-the-less (as always)

Never should there be an alias named Richards2Reserves, ever!

Which is why my vote was for Richards' early game work. ;)

Agreed.

Lets be frank.. Your talking total BS and you know it. You are starting to behave like a troll account.

lol McVeigh, i wouldn't even expect that from bunghole, or would i

McVeigh at least worked to space off the ball unlike our outside mids today. He dropped a couple of marks he should have held but parts of his game were ok. I had him sixth.
I may have had Macca a bit high, McGlynn had a better game.

How? Commentators mentioned the same thing. Don't know how you can think of that as trolling. Grundy allowed his man to block Richards, and then trailed Riewoldt to the contest.
