We have some great talent!

The Blues have some awesome list talent at the moment, and we are slowly starting to get some structure and gameplan happening. The defence is taking shape nicely, and it is hugely under-rated IMO. Waite, Jamo, Bower, and Thorton are quality KP defenders who are now starting to work together as a unit, and getting better support from our midfield, and defensive pressure from our forwards. Carrazzo's return to the back pocket, was important last week. Can't wait until Joey Anderson and/or Walker are ready to take on the rebounding HB flank duties again.

The houlihan issue has been done to death - the issue simply filters the muppets - johnny come lately's and/or those who should be concentrating on their times tables -

He is our longest serving player, one of the best kicks in our team, sublime user of the ball, well built MANS body, great mark awesome goal sense etc,etc,etc....

kids - if your going to come on here making grandiose statements about our team at least take the blinkers off and watch the game over the course of a few seasons rather than jumping ont he band wagon with strawberry pancakes.

YES - houlihan is an outside reciever, if this makes him soft like stevens, and half the other players in the afl then so be it - but that is where he has played his whole carreer - this is not the only attribute required in AFl -

"Delisting Houlihan" is the number one sign that your understanding of the game is somewhere between Scottish Grouse shooting and tadpole collecting holidays at Inverlock with your strange uncle....

I regard Houlihan as a bargain pick up and a faithful soldier in our darkest period. I reckon he'll unearth the chainsaw in the coming seasons and give plenty of opposition half backs nightmares.

Well if he is the type of player you so genuinely believe he is in your deepest heart-of-hearts, there is no doubt he will be a perfect trade for an experienced and reliable defender to boost our defensive stocks!

Our longest serving player is actually Fevola. He made his debut in Round 17 against Collingwood, in 1999. Houlihan made his debut in Round 11 against the Kangaroos, in 2000.
