After our non-existent display tonight against the Eagles, could this signal the first time there hasn't been a single final in Melbourne in week one?

Swans and Crows look to be top two, and if we beat Collingwood next week, we should keep fourth, leaving GW Sydney and WCE as 5th and 6th.

Would be a flat start to the finals here in Melbourne if that's the case !

It's hardly as easy as leaving GWS, Sydney and WCE as 5th and 6th.

If the Dogs beat Essendon and Freo and the Eagles lose to Adelaide in Adelaide the Dogs have a home final, which seems likely.

Who cares? Happened before will happen again. You get the big dance so meh

Dogs have two very easy games coming up, WCE their third tough encounter in a row (Crows in Adelaide). More than likely the Dogs will finish 6th and host them at the MCG in Week 1.

Did everyone have a bad night on the punt or something !

I didn't say it's wrong, just that the finals wouldn't have the same buzz in the first week.

The teams with home finals deserve them. Chill out !

While we have won all interstate games but one, we are every chance to stuff up vs Freo in Perth honestly. I"m not going to call it easy.

And?
Or should we move a game to the g so the vics can see a game? I know, to help the poor vic fans after possibly missing a week we should make the GF In melbourne, just to make up for it.....wait.....

Welcome to any other city during most final rounds/series.

Next weeks news: AFL scraps interstate teams and all clubs are relocated to Victoria to make sure Hawks play at the G. All games are played at the MCG so the ground is split in half. In protest, terrorists kidnap Eddie who after the experience decides to join Islamic State. Donald Trump loses the election and gets hired by Collingwood and somehow scraps Indeginous Round and bans Buddy and Cyril for being black. Then bribes the AFL to put Essendon in the finals cause they promise to give him drugs. AFL is under huge scrutiny but doesn't matter cause Hawks are playing in Melbourne.
