Chad's career at the Hawks reminds me of that saying "Your best ability is your availability". It's an underrated aspect of a players overall makeup I think, the ability to play game after game without missing.

It's why I am worried about CJs long term future but I have no concerns at all about say Newks. Something about being a lightly framed, fast twitch athlete like CJ and Chad just seems to put a lot more strain on an AFL players body compared to bulls like Newk / Nash / Worps who I honestly can't remember the last time any of them missed a game through injury?
