We don't need him anymore.
He has two seasons to show us something and then this nonsense.
I'd rather Jeka play a few games if we need anybody.

He has only had 1 season but I agree with your point.

Personally never wanted him in the first place, always thought he was built like Tarzan played like Jane even in his GWS days when he was doing ok.

Geez the pile on here is a little much. If he can put the hard yards in to make changes, get fit, win the respect of his teammates - I'll support him. Will the club give him that opportunity...? I don't know.
Why would we want to give him a chance? Why spend energy on him when we have the rest of the list to focus on who aren’t doing what he is alleged to have done?

For the same reason we picked him up in the first place, I'd imagine. He could help us win a flag.

He'll need to earn it, and he might not want it, but I wouldn't be shocked if the club supported him working towards a comeback.

At GWS, Patton was one of those who could have been a lot more.. He certainly had the physcial side going for him, but while he had moments of class, he never really hit what looked like his potential.

I can only speculate, but given he hasn't hit his potential and then with his off-field indiscretions, does he have the mindset to ratchet up a gear? Clarko may be great at engineering physical rehab, but getting a mindset right is a whole different ballgame.

Stick a fork in him.

because at the moment he is a Hawthorn player. And the club should, & does, support a Hawthorn player.
I’m comfortable supporting him through his issues etc. but it is hard to see how this wouldn’t become a giant distraction for the list if he returns to the club. And I’m not sure playing football will help him in his recovery.

Well before the whole social media fiasco his body was cooked. The guy would literally sneeze and do a soft tissue injury. The game has also passed him by. 100 + kilo full forwards have been passed by the 200 cm wiry and athletic forwards such as the King twins and Naughtons. We will support his transition away from football but he has definitely played his last game with us. Wish him well in his future endeavours
