Cant believe we blew those pick to trade up for Weddle has now turned into how did other teams not see him

Got a bit of Birchall about him too I reckon. Under the radar a bit at this stage but absolute weapon.

I can certainly see the Birchall in Weddle. The big difference is that Birch was terrible overhead (close to Nash standard) whereas Weddle is very good to excellent. Weddle also has a bit more toe and some swagger.

His ceiling is higher for sure but i won't be disappointed if that is what he ends up as.

Been watching a few of last year’s replays. Weds gets into good positions and has an excellent leap. Grasses a few though. Once he starts clunking more than he drops, look out….
