Probably the most exciting thing about the game. He was brilliant.
The fact he looked so dominant against a very strong set of talls even when our midfield was struggling is very promising.

Looked a little bit like a dad playing against his son at times.

The vic media are going to be fawning all over him now that he’s playing right under their noses. He’ll get the credit he deserves and the blokes that spent trade period saying he was worth a bag of chips will go back into the woodwork. Just needs to work on moving the ball faster after a mark.

So far 0-2. We overpaid. Give us Harley cheap for compensation tyvm

When TB took those intercept marks in the first 5 minutes of the game I had flash backs of Lakey a decade ago. Let’s hope he has a similar impact.

Was it the marking contest where Darcy took an absolute screamer over him?
I think it was with Naughton on the wing.
Ball ended up going their way & Naughton was in goal square on his own.

He got up a bit propy. At 1st I thought it was just his boot was not on properly but he sort of waved to the bench & hobbled off.
It didn’t look too bad but you never know with ankles.

It happened around the time most hawks supporters had realised we were going to lose a really important game, so they stopped watching & either went to cook dinner or went to the game day thread to whinge about the loss.

We played the game with mostly average intensity & got through relatively unscathed.

I was happy with that & hopefully TB went off as a precaution only

Such a well spoken guy, seems from the outside like an incredible locker room guy and team mate.

The Lake comparisons have been made a million times and are obvious but they are not wrong. He is just a gun and will be the difference between wins and losses multiple times this year.
