He was pretty well unanimously given BOG by all media, received 10 votes from coaches, many spectators said he was BOG, so you can have faith in your judgement.

He was our best player by the length of the Flemington straight again today. What an absolute freak....at 19...it is absolutely scary.

If he has a big first final he could find himself in the Top 10 of the Player Ratings. That would be freakish.

I can't even imagine how many years younger he would be than the next youngest to do that.

One of the most impressive things about Bont, is that now is the time young players are generally tiring and playing less consistent or potent footy. Which is completely understandable after a long taxing season. It's also the time the seasoned campaigners stand up and prove to be the stars of the competition.

Bont is in his best form for the year.

it will be so good for his development to play against the likes of Dangerfield and Sloan, guys like Thompson will be very physical. And will be an absolute spectacle to witness this kid on the big stage on a Saturday night final at the G. With the football world watching. It's a marketers dream. He's the best 2nd year player since Chris Judd, and it's not even close.
