Next game is up, rules and roles have been added.

Over the christmas time (with an Xmas break over over Jan) would anyone mind if I ran another Sweet F.A survivor? Proper survivor though with PMs and Immunities and all that?
Can I run some challenges. I have More challenge ideas than days of werewolf.

You can run whatever you want. Although I know nothing about the show I may show some interest this time. I think I did play in one years ago but had no idea, was extremely lazy and ended up getting the boot

is survivor easy to pick up if you haven’t played it before, have a passing understanding of the tv show and hate cricket?

The one time I played it years ago I failed miserably. But then I always fail miserably. I also am not a fan of cricket

It would be explained in the OP but essentially, you are put into a team. Your team competes with another in a challenge (anything from a crossword, to a riddle, to game scores) and if you lose the challenge your team has to vote someone out. Then when the numbers get low enough you play individually not as a team and try to win a challenge so you can't be voted out.

The main trick is though, everyone has a "team" PM that the host and all players of that team are in but you can make your own PM with others and talk outside of the thread. So you can make little alliances within your team to vote someone else out and that is where the main strategy and gameplay is.

It is very much a game of you will get out of it what you put in

that sounds fun! I don’t generally read the OP but you pretty much just tricked me into reading it, you sneaky bastard!

i’ll be watching you...

It's a longer game because it's usually challenge one day, day of voting in the next, day off/maybe another challenge it gets you working with people and the game can offer sudden twists like randomly splitting up tribes into different ones and now you can't PM your old alliance

I tried my best to mix the two games into one with mine.
Things I've taken from the real survivor game:
Hidden Immunity Idols, basically save you at tribal council. They are played after everyone votes and the votes are counted. This is the main reason the voted are done via PM in the game. Because, otherwise the votes would be out in the open, and the victim could just play their idol when they know they are in raking in the votes. If I run a Survivor/Werewolf game in the future, Idols would only be able to be played during night phase, therefore votes can be public.
Immunity Challenges, all my challenges have to be individual, and they are crammed one per day. As Millky95 has said, the challenges are spread and it's a much longer game. Plus you'll have group challenges.
Rocks, if the votes are tied in Survivor, you revote (only those that are tied can be voted for, and they cannot vote), if that's still a tie a discussion and unanimous decision. This is followed by rocks, where they all pick a rock from a bag, the player with the odd colour rock is eliminated. That whole process is too long for werewolf, and goes straight to rocks.
