I think Dittmar was hindered by a niggling injury of some kind, iirc, early days. I have watched him at EP, and he started slowly, but has got progressively better. And will continue to do so, I believe. I still like him.

Disappointing as I would much rather have a look at Bazzo at the next level that go the Rotham route.

I am so over Rotham and his regression as a player.
The kid wont use the skill set that he has been given and defaults to the play safe, momentum killing momenets that are punctuated with massive brain farts and unforced errors.

Bazzo is better off getting game time though than sitting on the pine.

Not missing much. Even though our score has been doubled its been more competitive than most Beagles games.

Sebit Kuek - I am firmly on his train - certainly a talent, and exciting to watch.

Managed to stream the game. Really impressed with the synergy and leadership. Absolutely identical game style as the senior team and it looks like Waterman is leading the jogging coaching.
Also good to see e where the AFL gets the umpires from.

The Beagles are certainly a rag tag bunch of ammos sprinkled with a bit more class than usual today. So they can be a bit rugged/sloppy in their play but gee whiz they don’t get any help from the umps.

6-13 on the free kick count at half time. Seems to be a constant in the snippets of their games that I’ve bothered to tune into over the past few seasons. Having said that, the standard of umpiring in the WAFL is even worse than the AFL; which is saying something!

Rhett Bazzo probably our best so far, loving his work rebounding out of defence. Entertaining battle with Kuek, both have had their moments.

Naish up to 18 touches, finding a lot of space on the wing, running hard but some poor kicks in the second quarter.

Hardly worth watching, but if you are like me and got nothing else to do, you can feast on the Kuek talent.
