They put on pressure and we stood back.

They tackled with intent, we corralled and waved our hands.

They ran to open up space and we kicked sideways and backwards.

They took the game on and moved the ball quickly and we.....I dunno what the **** we were doing.

Backline was awful, forward entry was disgusting, goal kicking was awful. Just a waste of time.

Best of all? They decided it was all too much and just gave up, that’s the lasting memory of this year. When it became all too hard, just roll over and show the opposition our bellies.

I wish we had someone on this club that would put a ****ing rocket up the players arses at times this year but everyone is too afraid to cop a spray so no one wants to give one. I think this lot could have used a bake once or twice throughout the year.

Too late now, season is cooked and the golden opportunity to go back to back has been wasted.

I stuck up for this lot after last week but I can’t excuse this.

Team defence is poor. Been picked apart playing a tight zone, either impacting in the air or on the ground. Hawks played a loose zone and we’ve not had the work rate to shift it.
