Haven’t had any extended stretches of possession but the one time we use the fat side we picked up 100m in the space of about 10 seconds.

Had most of the possession but lost the territory battle easily. Just don't know how to move the ball to the other end without coughing it up.

Kelly screwed twice on non-sliding calls. Second should have been a shot on goal and the high incident only resulted because the other player slid in as well.

If you’re on Kayo, I’ve had a lot more success watching 504 as a channel than watching the Eagles/Suns game file.

At the ground watching, the game plan is horrible. Forwards push up , Gold Coast defenders hang back, we win the ball and bomb kick Gold Coast every where. And Simmo must be coaching on kick outs, point scored we all run to the same side and kick to a massive crowd of players.

They pressed up way too high last week, but tried to play it off in the presser as some sort of adjustment trying to minimise the Dockers’ strength. We’ll see more this week apparently.

And then commentary point out that with 20 seconds left and the ball on the wing we don’t actually have anyone inside 50.

We were getting somewhere last year, and seemingly have ripped up the gameplan entirely to start again.

How are we so much worse than last year.

Some of the worst coaching I've ever seen. Huge acres of open space on the fat side, we've got one of the best running teams around, none of the players are even looking to the middle, just kick straight up the wing. We'll be lucky to average more than 20 points a game this season if it persists. All of last season's wide running has vanished.
