personally i would love to see him be another aker

aker finished with 3 premierships and a brownlow.

At least he was honest, he felt like he was going nowhere quickly as a footballer and a person and wanted a change.

I did not quite buy the entire culture change though as Brisbane have some fantastic leadersthat have achieved the ultimate time and time again and the dogs have 0.

What a nob Sherman appears with those comments.

It is all me, me, me.. He is playing a team game. If he wants to play an individual's sport - play tennis. His opinion that he is a great player???

At least Aker could back it up - he was a Brownlow medalist.

Gee, there are a lot of people posting in this thread who haven't made a simple error when making an impromptu comment before. I'm guessing that's the case because surely the citizenry of Bigfooty wouldn't be hypocritical enough to slaughter a bloke for being human and making a simple error? Right?

The guy mightn't be everyone's cup of tea, but honestly, a lot of you need to grow up. Who cares what he said?

There is a little world in which Justin dwells, and in that world he is the GREATEST.

He is the stereotypical FIGJAM. Always has been. It's a shame (for him, I suppose) that he's never really been able to deliver on his self-proclaimed ability.

I think we are beating this up a bit. I don't think there was too much in his comments.

However, if Smorgan, the coach and the leadership team are even a little bit consistent...they will chat with Sherman about this.

If Aker had said something similar to this, he would've been sat down. If they are consistent, they will tell Sherman that what he said is not the sort of thing they like Bulldogs players to say in the media. No need to come down on him hard, but a little talking to.

Personally, I just hate how when any player is honest, he is automatically attacked. I wish we did more to encourage honesty.

I guess given your avatar you'd know ;)

Yeah, and? Bucks backed it up every week. Much like Aker did. Sherman on the other hand.
