mate you are a tool! if its that important for you to know my name its leigh davis i play in the 2s at albion played at the club for 21 yrs and played a few years in the 1s, i still enjoy the club and the boys as not no where fit enough i still enjoy playing. anything else spartacus? now who are you????

Far call Davo. Thought a few of you might like to know that a certain umpire in our league, that may have umpired the 1's GF, looks like transfering to the E.D.F.L.

It would be good so that i didnt have to play against ex team mates but I dont think I could be bothered with the driving to Geelong. Its a novelty at 1st but you soon get sick of it.

all are seconds players 30 plus years old but will be good senior players in gdfl.

We have heard this before. Didn't a group of Hoppers seconds players go to Werribee Centrals about 3 years back and struggled to get a game?

Maybe they should try Glenorden then. There should be some vacancies, word has it a few of them are heading to Rockbank to help the mighty Rams win a couple in a season.

Started off slowly but had a really good second half of the year flying home to finish third in the B & F. The rovers or magpies BADS??

guys heard a pretty big romour today that tony libratore has either been signed as coach of west footscray, or being highly sort after. has anyone else heard of something like that, or can anyone from west confirm of deny?

Mate, i would only see Libba doing that as purely a challange to himself. To see if he could build a club from the ground up. Keep in mind he was on $70,000-$90,000 this year at sunbury with roles as coach, promotional manager and various other jobs at the club. West can't even afford a proper pay t.v box, let alone a coach of that ilk. I am told he wants the job to continue at sunbury but half the commitee arn't to keen. Also a couple of old sunbury coaches have applied for the job. i.e Power and their last premieship coach Freeman.

Mate........I love the club, played over 100 games there, but hate to see a once great club, make bad decisions footy wise, the juniors are run by ********s, apart from the Pres, and a few new guys the committee is clueless, and dont get me started on the assistant coaches, one is good, but times up on him the other has been there too long, has too many mates, and reserves players like you dont get a look in when they deserve it.

He did put in for the job but from what i hear after they heard how much he was asking, interview was pretty much over.

From what I hear, there may be a few of the top umpires as well as others that would move depending on who was appointed as coach. May end up with clubbies doing div 2 senior footy the way those guys are going

I believe albions AGM is this comming monday night, why dont you get on the commitee and make the changes you believe the clueless people need to do? course sitting back pointing the finger is far easier

and whiles hes there get him 2 take on the ac job 2 cant believe these so called albion people who over the last two years as a club have had there most succesful period since mid 80s all they want to do is bag people no wonder success has been limited confusing club at times

Hey Roosters44, would be interesting to find out a ball park figure of what Libber was asking. Just heard Power got the position back at Sunbury, so he would definately be looking for a job and may now drop his asking price to get another.

Tell ya what inka ive apparently been bound for a few places already and preseason hasnt even started lol clubs must be strugglin for recruits already.

Havent heard too much from 2s players about leavin for parkside but if they do you couldnt blame them chasin some senior games. You runnin wround next year inka? any news on the coach for the 2s?
