Should qooty matches be posted one quarter per day?

… posted one quarter per day, instead of the entire game on the Sundays?

I’m enjoying the qricket format. It could be implemented for SFA matches as well.

What do you all think about this?

Great idea mate, I'm liking the qricket format and i think there will be more banter on the game itself that way.

What about a line per day?
In the words of Aristotle Pickett , great qhilosopher, virtue is a just mean between vices.

That would be too few. All lines in one day would be too many. What’s then the fair amount?

Yep. That’s my impression too.

Spacing it out would allow everyone to focus on my Qootball brilliance.
This is good reason for Chief to up the maximum character limit per post, and for match posters to do the whole thing at once.

Good point, U2.

Devils advocate here. That would mean a longer commitment by the volunteers that run the game. We should really hear from them IMO

I strongly doubt that simmers will want to spend four different afternoons posting match commentary
Perhaps I should've read the replies first lol

No thanks as both a player and poster
-As a player, test cricket runs across days so mirroring that makes a little more sense . If in the future we play Odis /T20’s they wouldn’t be spread out either. Also spreading the sim posting would require an earlier team sheet deadline. And it takes away from both qooty and footy fast paced sports.
-As a poster, I wouldn’t want to be posting across multiple days. We made that weird fixture with the multiple weekday fixtures work but at least it wasn’t every week and thankfully hasn’t continued in follow up seasons.

I get most of that, but I’m really enjoying the game being split in different days.

I’ve never expected that, but it has improved my week experience.

The answer is always Jack Watts.
