He’d just generally chat to anyone about footy when his son played at Box Hill.
The only coach I've ever actively disliked (or had no respect for) was Alan Jeans when he was coaching StKilda and ordered the hit on John Greening. The aftermath of that incident showed Jean's true character (one of stubborn denial and ominous threat) and that meant I could never respect that man ever again.
