Was never contemplating Cousins. Too old, been away from the game for ages and tore the hammy off the bone in his last game of AFL.
I do however have Raines, but the great Doc Larkins is apparentally saying its just bruised.

I considered him but overlooked him for I felt he was overpriced regardless of his former status as a great player.

but i dont think he played bad this game..he didn't play all of last quarter... he will run riot in next few weeks...having said that if he plays a shocker next round..i'll downgrade him for a rookie..i got rid of kornes...lol

Knew he was a massive risk and was pretty happy with 70 off only 12 disposals. But I'm very pissed off with the imbeciles on the Richmond medical staff, the game was beyond done and he wasn't right, shouldn't have been brought back on. One trade down.

it'll be a 3-4wk injury + atleast another fortnight or so to ease him back.

find extra ~10k and straight trade cousins -> foley.
That's better than I expected, although he did do a some good things.
I'm not relying on trades as much as others. IMO I had 15 keepers, including Cousins, so I had a couple in reserve for injuries.
Pissed off with Delidio's efforts though.
Obviously I'm feeling a little annoyed that Cousins got injured in round 1 but there is absolutely no way that I'm trading him this early in the year and definitely not going to trade him for Foley. Foley had 31 touches (19 more than Cousins) and only managed 12 more points than Cuz.
You have players on the bench to cover for injuries, so you might as well use them. Luckily I've got guaranteed gamers in Otten and Rich to cover for Cousins. I'll just wait this one out.
