Port weren't the 2nd best team last year, but they got easiest H&A fixture and turned that into 2nd on the H&A ladder.
Only Carlton fans think getting Port twice was a harder H&A match-up than getting Brisbane twice.

Maybe if you comprehend how the AFL ladder works it would save us a lot of posting as well
The ladder is no longer a reflection of "who is better", instead which teams were lucky enough to get an easier fixture.
Port got the softest H&A fixture in 2024, but a Carlton fan thinks they were the 2nd best team because of where they finished on the ladder.
