Based on the comments, I'm assuming that they are saying that they deliberately mismanage the medical aid of patients, based on their ethnicity.

If that's the case I would say that is NOT representative of 'that community'.
If for no other reason, than the number of deaths that have not been an outcome of an industry currently supported by immigration including those areas.

At no point did someone ask if they were Christian or Catholic.

Since they were not directly threatening anyone , perhaps not.
Internal discipline would still be needed, since they are wearing their uniform and ( assuming ) they are not authorised to make political statements on behalf of McDonalds.

Its a legal thing, whether it be right or wrong.
You can try your utmost to kill someone, but you only get charged with murder if you succeed.

As far as representation, ( unless you agree with them ) you don't want your staff associating you with, anti-semitism, neo-nazi-ism, white supremacy, black supremacy...or anything else not agreed upon by your marketing department.
Pretty much the only thing you can do is sack them. Even then you need a good reason.
