Still waiting for 'Likka' to confirm how he knows it's fact however... seems to be doing a Rod Butterrs atm, drops these allegations then simply refuses to elaborate on them.
If he "hangs out" with these people then there is a very, very big chance that he will return to his old ways. If that happens, the damage to the club, not to mention him, will far outweigh any potential benefit from him returning to play. As an Eagles supporter I don't want that.

Gardner hasn't gone to rehab and doesn't have a drug addiction that we know of. But he too should be sacked as well, I agree, its just that Cousins is more of interest considering his plight.
Would you accept someone else telling you who you can and can't be friends with?
I wouldn't as a 12 year old, let alone as a 28 year old man.

It's you who give all the other reasonable and logical West Coast supporters a bad name. Being told not to associate with criminals is hardly asking much. If he associates with them, he should be sacked, simple as that.
I'm pretty sure he's been told by afl/WCE to stay away from certain people. It might be in his new contract, so maybe you're the idiot.

you are asking for him to not associate with criminals. he has been reported to have been at a nightclub, drinking water, talking with an ex teammate and the brother of a known criminal. its not the same thing really is it.
Lets consider the thought that he should be banned from talking to all criminals and family members of criminals...
if i was caught stealing from a milkbar when i was 18, and i had a coffee with cousins, now over 10 years later, should he be sacked?
what about all the afl players that have criminal records, is he not allowed to shake their hands after the game?
What about the family members of criminals..can he not talk to lance witnal because his brothers wife may have made death threats? Can he play on the ablett brothers.. we all know what their father has been up to.
It seems to be that the immense scrutiny that every aspect of his life is under is not only punishment enough, but will surely make his ability to lead a normal life again very difficult.

I think the new contract might include that he does not associate with underworld figures, so maybe he shouldn't of been with Kizon at the nightclub, but with the jet thing all he did was fly over, but atm they can't sack him for it that's what this whole thread is about.
