Will Freo go winless in 2016

Despite their 0-7 there is no doubt they are a more talented side than a number of clubs near the foot of the ladder at least. GWS are red hot at the moment and have shown themselves capable of demolishing good opponents. Freo came up short but showed enough fight to assume they may be finding a bit of form. Even without Fyfe, Sandilands and Johnson the Dockers can take care of at least the bottom eight sides, maybe teams even higher.

They will get a win.

They would have circled Richmond in Perth in Round 9 as a possible win.
I think they will end up with maybe 5-6 wins

Yeah there was a little bit to like.
Alex Pearce belting Cameron like a red headed step child the highlight
Kept him quiet.

But that pressure of yours...It was back, in a big way. Didn't Rochmond start the year 3-10 and make the finals recently?

Not saying history will repeat, but it might?

Nah, not missing Fyfe, Sandliands, Bennell and Johnson.

Too much class missing and we're rotating kids through...

Other than Pearce they're all up and down and **** me we burn the ball in the forward half

4 kicks from defence out on the full, in a row??????

Can't say I've seen that before.

Will Adz ever create a thread that isn't a transparent deflection? We'll win one, I don't know where or when but we'll win one. At least we've addressed the fact that we're utterly terrible unlike a couple of other teams I can think of, teams that deludedly still think they're on the right track.

Has he ever created a good thread?
Nope

No chance.

Perth is a great home ground advantage at any time, they'll get some weary travelling teams there late in the year.

GWS are going about 10x better and the Dockers are still within a couple of goals. It's always a tough trip.
Perth only a great home advantage because the travel ratios are all different.

They should at least beat Essendon. And with how dog crap we have been playing will give us a run in the Derby. Really depends what round Ol mate Rossy puts the cue in the rack
Is it the 'away' derby?

They will win 6 or 7 games....i just heard David King say "Ross Lyon coached brilliantly tonight" How does this bloke do it ? Has he got photos? From top of the ladder in 2015 to 0-7 and the media still sing his praises. The fact is Lyon has not adapted to the new rule changes, his team cannot alter it's style of play, having watched most of the Dogs v Crows and flicking over to look at the Dockers it's like looking at another competition altogether, but he's coaching brilliantly apparently. Buckley and Hardwick have nothing to worry about this week.
Isn't Ross coping with a massive injury list and did well to only lose by a couple of goals to the gws side that obliterated hawthorn.

Based on this we should beat the Hawks.

Some how I doubt it.
If you bring that pressure, particularly on our kids freo may get turnover goals. Yes you are outsiders but you're better than Richmond who kept well with us for 3 quarters.

I think they will trouble teams once they get a full line up back.

I wish Geelong Played them now not rnd 17, historically we struggle against Freo and playing in Perth.

Could be real danger games for the Cats, Swans, Crows, and Dogs as all have late season games at Freo.

Freo have been fairly solid the last two weeks at least. Even if they get an almighty spanking from Hawthorn, they are still an okay side and should start picking up wins. This isn't 2001.
