Will we make finals?

Our midfield isn’t as good as people make out it is.

They aren’t defensive enough either in their set up at stoppages or their work rate.

Also it shouldn’t matter who the midfield coach is, our midfield group is at a stage in the career where they should be able to fix things in game themselves.

Our midfield has a lot of downhill skiers about them

How do they not seem that why on this seasons form? Dominate teams below us get smacked by teams above us?
Melbourne and Collingwood the outliers.

They can’t stem momentum against them in the middle and look absolutely ordinary when things aren’t going well and look elite when they get things their own way.

Can they fix it? Absolutely but this season they have been downhill skiers

If Richmond rolls Brisbane today you’d think they’re a good chance to edge us in the run home.

Saints almost certainly won’t get there.

Carlton have a horrendous run and might not win another, so are vulnerable.

It’s going to be interesting. Very likely the 8th (and possibly 7th) will have 12 wins.

Carlton will find one win somehow

Tigers will win all 4

Once it is out of your hands you are in trouble.

Season was done long time ago so I’m no longer confident which games we will on our run home.

If...If we win our last 3, Carlton will have to win twice to keep us out regardless of how Richmond affect us. Given they'll be playing the Lions at home and possibly on the rebound, then Melbourne and then a do or die against the Pies...... although they could already be dead by R23.... 2 out of 3 seems unlikely. If they're still alive, their clash with the Pies should be epic.

Adelaide, for all their sh1tness over the course of the season, have ultimately and profoundly influenced the run home and finals make up by beating both us and Carlton and leaving us both in limbo.

Blues are two wins and 3% ahead of us, so it’s likely we’d pass them for percentage if we win three and they only win one but not certain. Tbh I’m not sure how they even win one given their run home and how poor they played last night, but it’s been a weird season so who knows.

Todays game is the big one - tigers win then I think they’re almost home. They lose and it’s still up in the air.

Don't think Richmond beat Port.

They're not winning all 4 regardless of today

If we win our next 3 games, each by 10 points or less, and Carlton lose their next 2 by an average of 15 points they'll need to beat the Pies by 4 goals to make it. Ballpark, for every extra goal above 10 points that we might win by, that's another goal on top of the 4 goals that Carlton will already need to make it.

As suggested earlier, we're every chance of Bradburying into finals after Carlton's loss yesterday.

What a time to be alive!

Maybe. Port’s season is officially done after that loss yesterday, wouldn’t be a massive surprise if they downed tools.

Hopefully Brisbane keep this up though.

People keep expecting 2017-2020 Richmond to show up but they have been in a serious hole the last month.

Even in a serious hole they know how to scrounge out wins and they will seek form as they go.
