Who replaces her?

To be fair is it her fault everyone in the team can't catch or field or keep themselves in shape?

That's the main difference, it's not talent, it's mindset and fitness

She's been captain for about a decade, they haven't won the Ashes in that time and one ICC tournament. Izzy Westbury and Alex Hartley have spoken about England being judged on ICC events and Ashes success. I would say it's time for a new captain, new ideas and a new message. Jon Lewis will be gone too after this series.

Did you celebrate Heather Knight's dismissal as much as Katey Martin did?

No and I didn't celebrate Sciver-Brunt's dismissal either, I'm not trying to get Aussie commentary gigs like Katey Martin is though.

Not suggesting they don't, but think it's a genuine question of who

Knight (C) - 34yrs
Sciver-Brunt (VC) - 32yrs, turns 33 in August
Beaumont - 33, turns 34 in March
Wyatt-Hodge - 33, turns 34 in April
Jones - 31, turns 32 in June

Bouchier, Dunkley & Ecclestone are in that mid 20s age bracket, so potential part of the next 10 years of English womens cricket, but other then Ecclestone are any of them real locks in the team and does Ecclestone necessarily come across as having the right attitude to be captain

England seem to have a core group of players closing in on the end of their careers, and it's hard to see where that next era of leadership is coming from

Test would be over if Aussies played 2 leggies, but Aussie still going to win, Wareham taking 3 wickets in the prior game thought she would of have been a lock on her home ground

The "funny" thing for Wareham is that she's going to have spent more time in the middle of the MCG this match than Perry, but it's Pez who's credited with a test match to her name
