Surprised Ed Barlow (Sydney Swans) didn't get a mention. Around 2008, I had the privilege of seeing him in Geelong and he was a liability every time he went near it. Several free kicks against, several goal assists for Geelong, just terrible. It was worse than a zero-game; he was actually an asset for the opposition. Needless to say, he never played another AFL game.

He’s 19 and played all of 7 games of footy. Realistically if we didn’t have 16 players on the injury list he wouldn’t be getting a game and would be learning the trade at vfl level. Which he’s been okay at.

Think you have some wires crossed there. Played most of his footy after 2008. Perhaps you mean 2010? If so I hate to inform you he played a handful of games for the Dogs in 2011.
