There have been plenty of hacks who have donned the baggy green. The team can include players who have played in praccy matches for the country (ie vs counties on ashes tour). Who have been the worst? For mine to start of with.......

W Phillips (in the 90s, played 1 test I think)
"keeper"
Nicholson
Robertson
Muller (c)

*Awaits for the **** Dan Warna to nominate Brett Lee*

No he doesn't, had some stellar domestic seasons yet was overlooked and treated like ********ing ******** because is a Victorian.

Anti Victorian bias here we come.
14 innings averaging 9 runs!

Of course he should have been dropped. Typical Victorian paranoia.

Paranoia ?

I think it's just me being a strong supporter of anything Victoria, like you would be with regards to anything to do with WA sport and more specifically cricket.

Am I right ?

If you base it on performances for the side, Brad Hogg. But obviously he's a good player.

Out of players that were lucky to get a game, Hauritz takes the cake. Simon Cook shouldn't have got a game, but I think he did alright in his brief international career.

Surely Matty Elliott fits in there somewhere
Lol, at least he did something at international level. Made 3 tons, including a 199, won the ashes in '97. He was a gun, bad luck and stupid injury wrecked him. He deserved to win back his spot and worked hard to do so, but didn't get a game because Steve Waugh hated him. His second chance came 5 years later once Waugh retired. But obvioulsy making 0 & 1 kills off any chance he had. Good player, should have played about 50-60 Tests and would have averaged 40-45 if he had a fair go.

If Justin Langer had 14 innings and was averaging 9 runs i wouldn't be surprised if he was dropped.

I am biased to WA, a little bit yes, but nowhere near as bad as you Victorians.

No, averaging 9 runs in 14 innings ruined any chance of him becoming a successful test player.

Blewett, very good bat.

Don't give him a hard time.

Scapegoat, that's happened to him twice now.

In his last 20 tests before the Ashes he was averaging a meagre 56.58

carn, leave the 80s era alone, if they faced some of the bowling attacks going around today they would all average 40 plus
