Happy for Roman vs The Rock, its a dream match that makes sense that 4 months ago, fans wanted.

I see Cody nothing more then a mid-carder that has already over achieved in the WWE with B2B rumble wins.

Reigns has beaten all the top stars that are bigger then Cody, it just doesn't sit well that Cody is supposed to dethrone Reigns and his historic title reign

I want Cody v Roman as much as anyone. So oddly I’m gonna play devils advocate.

Who knows if Rock would even be available for next years WrestleMania? Probably too far out to commit to a wrestling match, and he’s also another year older.

There’s a chance for a once in a decade type dream match and I suppose they felt they had to pull the trigger whilst it was there.

2 years worth of storytelling may have been put on hold but it’s certainly not over just because it’s not a WrestleMania conclusion. On the flip side, you could argue Rock v Roman has been 4 years of story, from the birth of the Head of the Table/Tribal Chief.

My son is 9 and I’ve tried hard to get him into wrestling to little success, but he’s shown a keen interest the last few times The Rock has been on.

• Rock then comes out and say's he's not wrestling Roman but instead will be guest referee which makes Roman very happy thinking Rock will help him beat Cody at WM.
• Cody then comes out and says "I'm finishing my story" drops mike and walks away.

Wrestlemania

• Roman about to win the match with Bloodline interfering but The Rock stops it and Cody wins.
• Roman upset at the Rock,Rock gives Roman The Rock bottom and the feud between Roman and Rock for head of the table starts

Gives the feud a few months to cook and they have the match at Summerslam

Again simply to play devils advocate and provide an alternate point of view.

Rock might not be available in July/August. And let’s be honest, it’s the largest possible mainstream match they could do, it’s a WrestleMania main event every which way you look at it.

I’m sure he doesn’t need to get back in the ring at all. I’m sure he doesn’t need the money. It’s definitely not a duty. It’s a a privilege for the industry to have him perform. He’s one of the biggest personalities on planet earth.

I hardly think it’s at the expense of Cody. He’ll be the one to dethrone the final boss at one point or another. It just won’t be at this years WrestleMania. How they presented it last week and got to this stage…Well that can’t be defended at all though.
