Looks like they’ve scrapped Jey v Jimmy for WrestleMania too. Makes sense since Jimmy is now SmackDowns resident jobber.

Assuming it is scrapped, yeah that could have played a part. Plus pivots everywhere now with the WM card it seems

U do realise the rock isn't getting any younger and the more they delay this, the older he gets and who knows what schedule he has next year.

Cody should have beaten Roman last year also why not have Rock win the Rumble if that was their plan all along?

The Rock is a mega star and it was only a few months ago people were hoping for this match, what's changed??
I see Cody no more then a mid card who shouldn't even get close to beating reigns
Then why build up Cody as the face of the company for long if he's not worthy to beat Reigns?
I don't have an issue with Rock vs Roman it's how it's been handled that I'm upset with

Logan asked Aldis on SD to line up some challengers and mentioned that he needed challengers. I expect an announcement will be made on SD that he will be defending the title in the EC
This is the biggest problem, they’ve got it ass backwards, first he loses the title THEN he loses the head of the table.
You’ve already got some people saying Cody’s not worthy as Roman has beaten everyone, so when he beats the Rock, what’s next? The Rock and Roman should be the conclusion, but instead you’ll still have Roman on day 10,000 of his never ending reign of boredom.

He asked Nick Aldis for someone other than Kevin Owens, and you have a segment specifically for Nick Aldis naming his opponent on SmackDown.
It'll be "You're not defending against Kevin Owens......you're defending against him and four other men in Elimination Chamber.
