Hasn't been at the club long but ❤️ Youngs hit on that little turd that has sniped our younger players for years

The day North replace that spud will be a day that club makes forward progress.

An absolute plodder who gets by on false bravado.

IIRC Young was called by some on the site soft? (not sure if Blues or Dogs fans)

Certainly didn't look soft tonight

Saad was massive. No idea how but would love to see Carroll stay in the team next week even if Hewett is fit.
For newnes quite clearly. You'd hope it's not even a discussion. Carroll was so good today. Best Carlton debut since Andy walker (quite likely hyperbole but it was a ripper from Jack).

walsh went alright (although with all the hype around him it was pretty much a given).

Wish I could give Stocker one of my healthy shoulders, the only downer (aside from some umpiring) of a pretty fun night.

Love the depth we have at the club now, for the first time since forever, it seems like our list construction and coaching is built to withstand adversity.

Lot to like in that second half. Cant remember the last time we won a game by 50 points.

Looks like we found one with Jack Carroll. :thumbsu: Really even team performance and i thought every player played their role tonight.

Bring on the Crows.

Just checked, Carroll had 95 points in SuperCoach, was rated more effective than Cerra. Traded him in when Hewitt was ruled out, will be keeping him on the ground after that performance.

Voss would've loved the way Young & Stocker played on the edge. Hope we haven't lost Stocker for an extended period.
One of the reasons I wanted Carroll in the side is the impact per possession he provides and he's been the one banging down the door in the 2nds. Love the way he puts himself in dangerous places where he can hurt the opposition. Will be interesting to see how he goes next week under a bit more pressure.
Both Kennedy & SOS showed how important to our structure they are.
