And he would have been able to relax and have fun if a video of it hadn't been been indirectly made available to the media. Even the ABC radio sports panel today were critical of his actions (which they shouldn't have been) so it's not just the Murdoch media outlets that are running the story and commenting on it. The video itself would not have raised too many eyebrows but for the breast unveiling, given that the relationship between people involved was unclear. De Goey should take heed of the lesson to be learned from this experience.

You and others seem convinced this is sexual assault (which is your implication given your queries about consent). It couldn’t be further from the truth and discredits real assault.

Did she consent before it happened? I doubt it. Do you think she was asked ‘can I expose your breast’?

Was she unhappy after it happened? Apparently not.

They are different issues. Yes many will want to ignore the action because the outcome wasn’t a negative response. Doesn’t mean that exposing a women’s breast in a night club without her consent is appropriate behaviour.

Women unfortunately get sexually assaulted every day of the week. Consent is a major issue for women in society. Regardless of the response from the women in this case, the action of JDG (assuming it was him) is inappropriate in a night club. It should not even be a debate given all the discussions in society on this matter in recent years.

It was an overreaction. Now there's a bunch of rationalising going on to save face. People are quick to outrage but never admit they were wrong.
