Never played it originally so was quite excited for this. Dunno how they could hand it to a company not capable of handling it.

FFVII remake is very good. Bought the PC port on a whim a few weeks ago thinking “Meh, I know this story but it was good so I’ll play it again.”

While it had the same beats for the most part, it ended up subverting my expectations and going down a completely different direction to the original game, to the point where I literally have no idea what happens next.
