Beer is for flogs who can’t handle their bourbon

I drank beer as a teen, pretty hardcore.

Gave up drinking in my 20s. Discovered Bourbon in my 40s in Kentucky, when I moved near the OH river.

Found myself drinking alone at 2am on a Monday night shortly after.

Bourbon is the crack cocaine of alcohol.

Was keen on moving 6 for a great deal but happy now in keeping 6 as long as we trade up to 22 and 36.
6 philippou or mackenzie
22 George or jones
24 George or jones
36 Magor or D’aloia
Given the later picks as much as I like philippou starting to think we should take Mackenzie. Also happy if we take a punt on Lemmey if we keep a later pick.

I can't see that happening, 22 & 36 worth more points than the picks after 40 that we have.

With the last few pages of this thread being devoted to alcohol, I thought we could merge both topics together and as our good friend the Mexican Taco Girl once said "why not have both".

So who should we pick with our 1st? The choice is down to 3 with Tsatas and Phillipou not an option:

If those two are gone then it is surely McKenzie with his speed and kicking skills a better fit than a forward/mid like Humphrey and a tough but slower Clark (especially with Stephens, McGuiness)

And if you want to enjoy a good whiskey or bourbon while listening to a blues guitarist currently around and tours Australia (as he is married to an Oz lady) listen to this bloke. When he comes out here next I’ll be there again. If there was a national draft for a blues guitarists under 40 he would go nu 1 😀
