Was just reminicing with the missus about christmas related things I had as a kid now that ive got one of my own.

I recalled very hazely...an animated short of some kind about a snowman that melted and 'died'. Its would be one of if not the earliest memory I have. I distinctly remember it making me feel awful.

We've got the dvd if this. When my daughter was about 3 she was totally obsessed with and had to watch it every day. Absolutely loved it. After weeks of watching it every day one morning she appeared in the kitchen after watching it, absolutely sobbing. The penny finally dropped that when he melts at the end it means he dies. She couldn't watch it again. It probably scarred her. We felt bad

...ordered a new 300 series 4-5 months ago. Still no build date. Even went with colour etc. That would be fastest to delivery. Apparent wait times 6-24 months or more. Reckon i might just pull the pin till they sort their supply issues out post pandemic.

Might even go full campaigner and get a lexus suv or something instead.

But at least our cricket team is winning!

And then, just when you thought the worst was over, news today that O Rei, the King of the Beautiful Game, the GOAT, the Black Pearl, the man who brought joy and exhilaration to football (soccer), Edson Arantes do Nascimento - left us.
RIP eternal legend.

Never saw him play live, but his highlights reels are Godly, and not of this earth.

Anyway, here's hoping the world is a better place next year.

Best wishes to all, including those less fortunate and those who are fighting ill health or have lost loved ones.

LittleDick bully doubled down with a juvenile twitter response 16 hours later that got him arrested, charged and incarcerated due to (apparently) the name of the company on the pizza box in his tweet photo confirming his location.

Now RWFWs across the globe are cancelling home deliveries thinking all pizza boxes are tracked by govt.

I’m not really into Mercs but I love their current interiors, especially the ambient lighting. You’ll get more car with Lexus though, the new RX is pretty schmick and it’s a size bigger than the GLB. Then again if you’re spending $100K plus on some wheels bang for your buck probably isn’t much of a consideration lol.
