He must have been a great guy to play for. One thing about people is we pick up on things really well. If your coach doesnt believe in you its obvious straight away. Really hard to play under a coach who does not believe in you. Great way to show belief in a player and he has not forgotten. Part of how Andy McKay had the success he has had in life and footy.

Coach is a strange role. As a player you come into the game new and raw. With past players (coaches) guiding you. As a coach you come into that role new and raw as the guiding force.

Is it any wonder a lot of the successful sides have had a coach with past successful coaches guiding them?

I am really happy to hear honest and sincere dialogue from the players instead of the usual cliched responses, and also very pleased that Vossy and the coaching panel accept that honest feedback and criticsm from the players and adjusted according.

Sign of a very good coach with a healthy ego redthat he can take on board criticsms and unhappiness from players and adjust his own style and manner according.

It's definitely a quality Voss shares with our last Premiership Coach (Parko)
