Umps didn't help them but they blew it

Yeah the umpires didn't do the Giants many favours but they blew that, that 3rd quarter killed them, dumb turnovers costing them goals.

Had the chance to bury them and they let them off the hook, on the Brisbane bandwagon now, anything but a Collingwood or Carlton flag.

Had to come on here to check if anyone else thought that a team took advantage of the "finals umpiring" a lot more than the other.

Great match and I couldn't care less who won but I shouldn't be saying 'wtf umpire' as often as that in a neutral match

The Pies get handed every advantage with fixturing, umpiring, home ground advantage playing at the G half the season, they make me sick.

Suggest you watch the replay sober and look at the treatment of Green and Daniels when they were tackled multiple times.

I’m stone cold sober and you’re letting your hate colour your judgement, I’d recommend you do the same and explain the leeway gws we’re given all night. I hear oh greens head well what about Darcy Moore, the umpiring was poor all night and lacked consistency.

The Pies had about 8 games straight at the G leading into the 2010 finals series while we travelled interstate a few times.

We did well to draw that 2010 GF but their massive home ground advantage and no travel took it's toll on us in the replay.

They will probably win another flag due to it, I can't see Brisbane beating them in the GF, they aren't as good or tough as the 3peat team.

Carlton will probably have more chance of beating the Pies at the G if they can get past Brisbane but I don't think they will.

It’s there home ground along with several other clubs, it’s always going to be an issue for clubs who barely play there.
